What's the role?

• Lead and mentor a team of Talent Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure strategic talent advisory aligns with the needs of stakeholders and business leaders in the financial services sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define current and future skills requirements, contributing to effective workforce planning.
• Initiate and oversee diverse sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates, meeting the unique demands of the insurance and financial services industry.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, delivering regular updates on the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) protocols for accurate and real-time data input for candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, briefing, preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages.
• Share market insights and competitor intelligence with the team to stay informed on supply and demand trends in the financial services talent market.

About You:

• Proven leadership experience in financial services industry recruitment, with a strong background in recruitment management or account management.
• In-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is essential, with a background in agency recruitment considered advantageous.
• Highly organised, with effective time management skills.
• Thrives in structured environments and follows established processes.
