As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including HO Finance in Europe, Asia and Europe users, and various IT teams to drive project success. You will lead requirement gathering, coordinate across teams, and manage project milestones and delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HO Finance (Europe) and Asia/Europe users to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
• Organize workshops for requirement gathering and UAT.
• Coordinate with other teams (Security, Systems, Architecture, DevOps) and manage delivery with the source system team.
• Prepare project plans, define milestones, and manage project estimations and resources.
• Lead functional domain expertise, provide impact analysis, and manage L3 production support.
• Ensure project governance, communicate with sponsors, and prepare SteerCo presentations.
• Document functional specifications, obtain sign-offs, and participate in the full development lifecycle (design, SIT, UAT, release).
• Manage functional risks and provide post go-live support.

Ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in IT, delivering projects in finance reporting, regulatory reporting, credit risk, management accounting, and core banking solutions.
• Strong experience in financial services with a deep understanding of product life cycle and data quality.
• Knowledge of finance system implementation and accounting processes.
• Proven experience managing full project life cycles, from requirements analysis to stakeholder management and testing.
• Ability to work under pressure, lead workshops, and challenge requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills across global teams.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PMP or Scrum certifications are a plus.

• Plan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.
• Plan & collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution
• Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery
• Provide status update related to technical delivery / Program Manager
• Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements
• Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results
• Prepare and manage technical implementation plan across application teams - coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support
• Experience in service-oriented technologies
• Good understanding and experience in software development cycle (Waterfall/Agile best practices)

• Investigating and resolving production issues related to Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform
• Troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers
• Developing scripts for verifying the correct operation of integrations
• Performing data imports/exports and maintenance of third-party integrations
• Designing and developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform
• Writing efficient, scalable, and reliable code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL to implement application logic
• Configuring and managing the Oracle Tuxedo environment, including setting up application servers, managing resources, and optimizing performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to gather requirements, design application architecture, and ensure seamless integration
• Developing and maintaining documentation for applications, including code comments, technical specifications, and system configurations
• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the applications meet functional and performance requirements
• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications
• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle Tuxedo platform updates, technologies, and best practices in distributed application development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL
• Familiarity with middleware concepts, distributed computing, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL

• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with strong fundamentals in complexity analysis

• Good knowledge of development tools: Jenkins, GIT, SVN, Azure DevOps or equivalent

• Strong ability to analyze code - understand execution flow & debug even without access to a debugger

• Experience with the .net CLI, writing and maintaining integration and unit tests

• Strong familiarity with both Windows and Linux, including shell scripting

• Good knowledge of Transact SQL and Entity Framework Core

• Knowledge of a back end and frontend stack

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve The Company's growth objectives in the SEA region, focusing on key industries such as financial services, command & control centers, and other mission-critical environments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets within SEA.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of The Company’s solutions, positioning them as tailored offerings to meet customer needs.

Revenue Growth & Targets:

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
