Role overview

We are recruiting a Senior Information Security Governance Manager which is part of the Global Information Security team, with a focus on the Governance, Risk and Compliance aspects of Information Security. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Own the budgeting process for assigned business segments/ shared functions. This is a critical process in allocating resources to the most efficient areas in the organization. The budget produced would be the main reference point in aligning performance and spending.
• Understand the key drivers and risks underlying revenue and cost components
• Continuously reforecast financial performance based on real time data and conduct regular budget reviews and revisions

Drive the achievement of overall financial targets

• Making sure company constituents are working together to achieve the desired targets
• Institute a system and process to monitor performance of assigned business segments/ shared functions on continuous basis, identify deviations early and their key underlying drivers, and collaborate with relevant parties to come up with corrective actions and implement those actions
• Build scenario based financial model to support management decision making in response to market outlook and change of business directions

Management Report Preparation and Analysis

• Manage the development of regular and ad-hoc reports to provide in depth analysis on the business performance, cost drivers, and any critical events or policy that impact finance and business operations.
• Define and establish key financial and non-financial metrics to measure performance and identify necessary corrective actions to optimize cost and support decision making
• Maintain cost allocation drivers with relevant stakeholder to ensure accurate segment level and product level profitability
• Coach and develop internal FP&A team member and hold regular sharing session within FP&A team to ensure information alignment

Partnering with business team and shared functions

• Establish and maintain regular communication with business teams to align on operational plans and financial targets
• Provide financial expertise and consultation to business team including but not limited to accounting treatment, reporting structure, or any financial ad-hoc analysis.
• Review and provide feedback to shared function regarding cost allocation rules to better reflect the profitability at segment and product level
• Collaboration with different Finance functions (Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Finance Operations, and Corporate Technology) to achieve business objectives
• Driving and leading any ad-hoc projects to ensure operating and financial reporting process are performing effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• University Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in Business, Finance Management or Accounting from reputable universities
• At least 7 years of working experience, preferably in financial analysis role.
• 
  
• Having basic knowledge on overall financial reporting process, accounting policy, tax, treasury, and finance operations
• Experience in Anaplan or any BI Tools will be preferable
• Strong project management skill to manage multiple projects, improvement initiatives, and various internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, business acumen, interpersonal, and communication skills Great organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English

NeoXam Singapore is looking for an experienced and motivated Neoxam Datahub Software & Application Manager who will lead the team working on Enhancement and Support of NeoXam Datahub Entity Master. This role will be based in Singapore, working closely together with the NeoXam project team.

He / she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the application, the installation of new modules and features using NeoXam DataHub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a user-oriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.

MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Lead the team working on Enhancement and Support of NeoXam Datahub Entity Master
• Writing and implementing modified codes to meet client’s requirement
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Working closely with Research & Development (R&D) team on the improvements of NeoXam software solutions
• Implementing and managing NeoXam Datahub software
• Test and evaluate the success of software implementation
• Run analysis on installation and implementation problems to identify and resolve technical issues within the established time frames to meet clients’ satisfaction
• Identifying areas which requires modification in existing programs and subsequently work with R&D team on these modifications
• Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, NeoXam software knowledge and industry experience
• Ensure coordination and responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements, interfacing with the appropriate NeoXam departments and colleagues as needed
• Communicate NeoXam’s offerings and identify new opportunities to grow
• Participate in support efforts
• Continuously keep up to date with NeoXam DataHub functional and technical features and improvements
• Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the clients satisfaction within established time frames
• Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration / scripting / design guidelines
• Analyze the clients’ needs, accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product implementation, meet clients’ requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project

PROFILE

• Engineering Bachelor Degree / Master’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of successful implementation and support of NeoXam Datahub solution at customers worldwide
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience of a development language (Java, C, C++…) is required to be capable of writing rules in scripting language
• Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language
• Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes
• Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others
• Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
• Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle
• Independent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided

• Fluent in English
