Job Description:
Assist Director and be responsible and provide strategic quality services for the human resources.
Provide direction and control of all the human resources functions, operations and activities.
Establishes operational budgets and ensures that the budgeted goals are achieved and development cost objectives are met.
Ensures compliance on labour legislations requirement and all parties interest are well protected and in line with polices.
Holding inquiry to the employees who are having issues/feedbacks
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
