Position purpose:

Reporting to our CFO, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function, including cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and banking relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, financial analysis, and risk management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Treasury

• Manage long- and short-term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management and debt structure
• Manage overseas cash reporting processes and the design/implementation of intercompany funding strategies
• Manage balance sheet and day-to-day liquidity to support the business needs

·        Develop, maintain & continuously review controls over banking facilities

• Design and implement foreign exchange mitigation strategies such as hedging to mitigate financial risks, primarily foreign currency cash flow exposure through the recommendation of financial instruments
• Manage interest rate risks and liquidity
• Maintain good stakeholder relations related to external funding, e.g., banks and other financial institutions, regulatory bodies, etc.
• Prepare of Board level cash and other risk management reporting
• Develop regional treasury operations controls policy in compliance with the global policy
• Maximize operational efficiency and maintain stable day-to-day treasury operations in region based on the policy
• Educate internal stakeholders on importance of cash flow planning and foreign exchange mitigation strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Finance with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• At least 6 to 8 years of working experiences in Treasury's role on group level

The Role

• Main duties to Manage Bangladeshi Supermarket in a Dormitory.
• Supermaket is located in a dormitory. Candidate must be comfortable to work in a workers' environment.
• Candidate must be able to interact with workers.
• Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, sales and profit target for the store.
• Provide efficient and effective management of operations team in merchandising, operating disciplines and outlining business strategies.
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.

• Physical fit to carry 10-15 kg products.
• Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers.
• At least 2 years managerial experience in the Retail industry.
• Ensure all merchandising, corporate strategies and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operation effectiveness.
• Conduct daily walk-through of the store, roll call, briefing and communication daily to inform staff of key objectives, customer feedback, and sales comparison and to ensure operations runs smoothly.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
