Role - Senior Business Development Manager

• As a Senior Business Development Manager - Cross Border Payments, you will have the exciting opportunity to explore and forge new partnerships in your territory. You will be the sole contributor, driven by targets and a strong desire to deliver exceptional results. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Procurement Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing Singapore's competitiveness as a trusted ICT hub for citizens and businesses.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Elicit, scope and manage business requirements aligned with Government procurement strategies with application of ICT knowledge.
• Perform data analysis to enable data-driven decision on procurement strategies, supplier performance and approaches for the assigned bulk tenders. This includes research on demand and supply-related market factors to substantiate decision making.
• Manage operations of ICT bulk tender projects ensuring adherence to Government procurement processes.

Regional pricing strategy & execution

• Develop and execute pricing strategies across local and travel retail markets spanning Asia Pacific in collaboration with Guerlain HQ and commercial teams.
