We are looking for a highly experienced partner enablement manager to join our JAPAC team. The Customer Success team works closely with customers to understand their business goals and cooperate/coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure that we are providing superb technology, tools, products and services so our customers can achieve their goals.

 

What You Will Do

• Work with Account Management and New Business teams retaining and growing existing accounts
• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport with customers, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices.
• Working alongside project delivery teams to ensure all projects are delivered successfully and on time
• Being an expert in the application of our product
• Perform consistently and successfully across KPI’s and measures of sales metrics, delivery/operational metrics, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Ensure customer needs are met. Providing consultative value add when they choose to deliver their research objectives via Cint.
• Ensuring projects are closed and invoiced on time
• Ensure that monthly targets are achieved including both new and existing accounts
• Train and on-board customers as needed and support their adoption of the Cint platform
• Provide feedback to product and supply teams as well as the Customer Success Director

Key Responsibilities:

• BTP(SAP Business technical platform) / Digital solutions/System integrations /eCommerce, AI Application Projects: Drive and rollout the digital solutions/projects.
• Requirement Gathering: Communicate with various business departments to collect and document requirements.
• Data Management: Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and annotation tasks, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and best practices for data handling and IT security
• Technical Implementation: Understand the system integration method (API, EDI etc). Support to design and implement the integration architecture/data structure between Cloud base system(E-commerce , middleware, external customer system) and backbone system (ERP or non-ERP system on-premises).
• Collaborative Projects: Participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities within the team. Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals. Update and manage the project management related tool(Jira, Docupedia, TEAMS channel ,etc.)

Team Management

• Lead Wealth Management RMs in the growth, acquisition and retention of HNW clients
• Train and develop staff, monitor performance and appraise Wealth Management RMs against assigned targets
• Manage Wealth Management RMs to achieve stated sales levels by coaching and guiding them to achieve sales targets
• Jointly manage the manpower and P/L of branch service and sales operations with branch manager

Business Development

• Develop, strengthen and execute business models and strategies of Retail Banking Wealth in the Emerging Affluent, Affluent & HNW customer segments
• Participate in sales and marketing activities for affluent and high net worth clients from onshore market
• Enhance the bank’s profile in Wealth Management and grow the assigned portfolio in terms of AUM and customer base while ensuring strong customer engagement
• Assume full management responsibility of Wealth Management RMs sales productivity and ensure effective cross selling of the bank’s products and services   
• Oversee sales efforts including sales force coaching and participate in clients calls with RMs 
• Drive sales productivity (new & cross selling) of Wealth Management products
• Strong follow up skills and initiatives to ensure all time sensitive transactions are executed in a timely and accurate fashion
• Good grasp of internal processes, procedures, documentation, fees and related terms and conditions of products and services offered by bank
• Achieve balanced scorecard, service, operational and regulatory standards set by the bank

Compliance and Regulations

• Apply knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to compliance requirements in carrying wealth advisory activities for HNW clients
• Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with the internal and external regulatory requirements

Project Management

• Ad hoc project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and submission of MAS regulatory reports and group reports of multiple Operations units.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports submitted to MAS as well as internal reports to Head Office.
• Investigate, remediate and review for potential data quality issues impacting regulatory reporting and participate in projects for report automation.
• Establish effective controls and support improvement initiatives in collaboration with other business/functions teams
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and Group guidelines.
• Liaise with Compliance, IT, Finance and various stakeholders on regulatory reporting matters

Centre Activities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Brahm Centre@Simei to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and courses
• Ensure that programs and engagement meet the grant engagement requirements of AAC
• Lead programs coordinator in ensuring that a wide range of suitable programs are offered to clients, including intergenerational programs

Others

• Guide the Care team to support Care operations in ensuring that the CREST engagement KPIs are met including managing their time-off and off-in-lieu
• Strategize, plan outreach events and work with Care team to meet the CREST outreach KPI
• Strategize and support the Care team in meeting the monthly P1, P2 and P3 cases engagement KPIs
• Notify Head of Care when Care members are unable to meet the monthly KPIs
• Responsible in building rapport, relationship and collaborations with surrounding community partners such as within the AACs/CREST boundary area to support outreach and CREST engagements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Stationery sales, wholesale brand products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise all suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
