Role

The Head of Legal and Risk will work closely with and assist the Managing Director to lead all legal and Risk as well as Compliance matters within the Company, contributing to the promotion and development of a compliance culture within the Company. 1. General

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager, EHS, you will be representing company in managing and overseeing all EHS related matters for construction, addition and alteration (A&A) and customer fit-out projects to ensure all legal and company EHS requirements are fulfilled. Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts/Master of Business Administration/Bachelor of Science/Master of Science from an accredited college/university in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience
• SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred
• redIn-depth knowledge of all HR functions
• Deep experience in strategic planning
• Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skill
