Our lucrative revenue share model for our Client Relationship Managers include high payout of revenue/commissions earned and recognizes all revenue streams from multiple sources. We are open-architecture, have no sales targets for our RMs, no geographical coverage restrictions per RM, and payouts are contractually guaranteed. Client accounts can be managed across multiple private banks and our experienced operations team facilitates account openings for new clients and set-ups for new entities.
We are looking for entrepreneurial Client Relationship Managers to join our Singapore office whereby your clients* can benefit from multi asset class portfolio management/advisory by our Investment Team, structured credit /lending solutions, institutional execution & pricing, across 20+ private banks, as well as life insurance arranging and family office advisory services. *We offer our investment services to Accredited Investors, global residences.
Primary Responsibilities
· Bringing in new clients to Crossinvest (Asia) – whereby clients will mandate our company to manage their private banking accounts on their behalf – with the option of selecting discretionary mandate, advisory mandate or execution-only mandate.
· Generate sales revenue from your clients – revenues can include portfolio management fees, advisory fees, loan arrangement fees, brokerage commission retrocessions, referral fees for insurance deals, account set-up fees, and so on.
· Manage your client relationships – investment advisory working with our Investment Team, and client account management working with our Operations team, and structuring loans & insurances working with our inhouse wealth solutions team, as well as compliance/due diligence with our onboarding team.
· Provide excellent account management services to your clients.
· Operate as a licensed RNF rep and comply with MAS guidelines.
Requirements
· Private Banking RMs, Investment Advisors/Counsellors, Priority Banking RMs, commissions-based RMs, all welcome to apply. Singapore Citizen, PRs, and EPs, all acceptable.
· Relationship Management/Private Banking experience of at least 3-5 years
· Accredited Investor client book of at least SGD 100mil AUM in total (can be across multiple private banks), which you can bring across to be managed/advised by the firm.
· Track record of revenue generation of at least SGD 500k annually.
· Sound understanding of the financial markets and financial products, with minimum of 3 years of experience in dealing capital markets products.
· Robust technical skills with critical thinking abilities.
· Entrepreneurial and able to diversify & grow revenue streams, as well as establish professional networks within the industry.
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a cosmopolitan mindset.
· Previously/currently RNF licensed and/or have sufficient professional qualifications to become a licensed representative. Preferred qualifications include CFA, CACS, Module 3/5, Insurance or Accounting qualifications, IBF-Accredited qualifications, or other International equivalent qualifications.
