We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Development Manager to support our investment team in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop growth plans for team members
2. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans
- Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and propose solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
3. Talent Development:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth
- Mentor team members to develop leadership and technical skills
4. Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and company protocols
5. Process Improvement and Policy Implementation:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
6. Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Local Diploma, A Levels
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant sales/ acquisition experience in banking sales with a proven sales track record is preferred
