Responsibilities
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the Sales and Marketing team to build the Tee Up brand on all platforms leading to direct measurable revenue for the dormitory. The team reports directly to the General Manager of the dormitory.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage the full spectrum of sales and marketing function which includes branding, communications, marketing, lead generation, sales, renewals and reporting
· Create and execute social media calendar for regular content on social channels such as Facebook, Tiktok and Linkedin
· To monitor contract expiries and manage contract renewals
· To prepare, execute and file tenancy agreements and other requisite documents pertaining to tenancy
· To market available units so as to hit the revenue and occupancy targets.
· Facebook and Instagram.
· Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements
This position requires at least five years of relevant working experience. Other key requirements include:
· A minimum of a GCA ‘A’ Levels certification
· Detail-oriented with the ability to translate findings into understandable and actionable recommendations.
· An entrepreneurial and self-driven personality
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Initiative and good decision-making skills
· Strategic and analytical thinking skills
· Good IT skills, including but not limited to a working knowledge of Google Suites and Microsoft Office
· Ability to work well in a team environment
Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in dormitory operations.
