This is a critical role which requires a strong technical background in managing a highly proficient machine shop team including the tool crib operations. This position has the overall responsibility for machine shop output in terms of safety, quality and on time deliveries. Business development

· Ensure that restaurants/bars are financially successful as independent profit centres by driving and soliciting business opportunities.

Operational
