Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. The Director of Operations leads one of the two largest teams in the company, currently made of 20 people and forecasted to grow to 30-50 over the next 24 months. Role Overview

About The Role

We are searching for a Director, Partner Sales to lead our ASEAN and Greater China partner account team. Broker Support

• Co-ordinate the technical requirements/needs of the clients and reinsurers and deliver Aon projects to reflect these.
• Build and maintain regular contact with clients and reinsurers in a proactive manner to mitigate potential risks/problems or develop opportunities.
