Prepare and write valuation reports on real estate properties and markets.
Gather, analyse and organize information systematically
This role will conduct valuation assessments, market studies and write formal reports for all types of real estate properties, including commercial, industrial, land hotel, residential and others; and any other ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretion.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Valuation & Advisory Executive Director
Help to coach and train junior valuers.
Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
Cross-sell other teams’ capabilities when the opportunity arises
About you
7-10 years of relevant experience
Degree in real estate or equivalent
Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser (optional)
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
Flexible and adaptable; enjoys problem solving and is not fazed by ambiguity
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with attention to details
Meticulous and numerically competent
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Good origination and client facing skills with relevant client network and track business development (collect research, analyze industry trends)
Ability to manage and guide a team of valuers
