Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of proven experience as an IT Program Director, highly prefered in the travel retail or luxury products sector.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex IT programs.

• To be responsible to create accounts for legacy, Rescuer Network, ISS, and TPAM.
• Shall keep track of posting orders and up-keep the record in Active Directory (AD) up to date.
• To l conduct monthly account reviews on all accounts (e.g. WOG, Legacy, ISS, TPAM) to identify any dormant accounts and recommend their removal to client;s place.
• Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to the Desktop Support Engineer
• Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment
• Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible and any other authorised desktop applications & Microsoft or related security patches/Policies
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
• Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
