Purpose

The Director, Legal Counsel will be responsible to support the regional growth of Radisson Hotel Group in Southeast Asia Pacific and protect its legal interests by (i) overseeing and facilitating the negotiation and administration of management, franchise, operating and other contracts and agreements; and (ii) managing and resolving legal issues arising operationally, as appropriate and consistent with the company’s policies.

· Drive regional and country-level assessments and strategic plans to articulate growth opportunities and approaches to address challenges to align the organization on plans for products and services distribution, industry engagement, and revenue growth

We are seeking a highly analytical and detailed-oriented Managing Director to spearhead the Singapore office, providing investment consultancy to our valued clients. As the head of the company, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Investment Reporting/Researching – Provide detailed investment reports and identifying new strategies for the platform, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making processes
• Manage end-to-end portfolio preparation to present to our clients, including origination, research, evaluation and structuring, financial modeling.
• Organizing and managing quarterly calls with underlying business partners to discuss performance, strategies, business outlook, ensuring alignment and understanding of the company’s goals.
• Developing new and maintaining existing relationships with investors and providing expert consultation for key markets and industries investment opportunities
• Spearheading marketing efforts for example, events management, client relationship management etc.

You must have:

• MBA in Business Administration
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in funds selection, investment analysis or similar role within the financial services industry, at a General Management level
• At least 10 years of hands-on investment trading experience in stocks and securities
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven track record of assessing financial data and investment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
• Has the ability to work independently and multitask efficiently

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Days: 5 days

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the accounting, tax planning, financial support, and effective advisory for bulk commodity trade and supply chain;
• Capable of treasury management in overseas and cross-border trade, responsible for the comprehensive management of funds and assets;
• Able to develop funding channels domestically and internationally, with a realistic control over front-office business risks;
• Responsible for the audit work of the entire group;
  Capable of reviewing and analyzing group financial statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commodity trade.
• A proven track record in the Financial Services sector, having held positions such as CFO, Finance Manager, or Finance Controller, with specific experience in Commodities trading.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and practices related to risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Substantial exposure to methods involving data analysis and forecasting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

Requirements
