Job Scope

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing finance team members across regional locations and be hands-on in your approach in overseeing the Finance function. With solid expertise around finance processes, you will drive the consolidation of group reporting, budgeting and forecasting to ensure centralized financial management. You will ensure consistent and accurate management reporting, provide financial guidance to commercial leaders and advise aspects around project costing, financial risk and margin improvement. You will oversee Group Tax, evaluate existing tax structure and ensure tax risks and exposure are well managed. You will also support in cash and debt management, cost management and drive working capital improvement. This is an essential position working closely with the Group CFO and executive team in driving positive capital efficiency and margin expansion.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk (OTCR) organisation is instrumental in protecting and ensuring the resilience of Standard Chartered Bank’s operations, data, and IT systems by optimising operational, technology and cyber risk across the enterprise. As a critical function reporting into the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Group OTCR team serves as the second line of defence for assuring that controls are implemented effectively, in accordance with the OTCR Framework, and for instilling a risk culture within the Bank.
• The Director, Reg Interpretation and Sox is a permanent, strategic role that requires strong business acumen and a detailed knowledge of OTCR Risk Frameworks (OR), and Operational Risk policies and standards. The successful candidate will have key skills in interpreting new and upcoming regulations, performing gap analysis, and implementing and tracking mitigation actions to close any gaps identified. The role holder will also be responsible to implement UK ACG reforms (referred to as UK SoX) withing the risk function.
• The role reports directly to the Head, OTCR, ICS Framework, Risk Appetite & Stress Testing and will work closely with key stakeholders in Operational, Technology and Cyber risks, Finance and other parties as relevant .
• This is a senior level role, and the individual will be required to engage with senior stakeholders across the business, technology, assurance, other risk functions and finance to implement the requirements of UK ACG.

Role Specific Responsibilities:

The Director, Partner Enablement will be responsible for the Partner facing enablement activities to ensure successful deployments and help clients realise “Time to Value” goals including the adoption of best practices, valid deployment methodology and working within the defined Saviynt processes. In addition, the Partner Enablement Director drives strategic global initiatives within Saviynt based on a wide range of data and metrics to manage costs, identify risks, highlight cross sell/up sell opportunities and general business process improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Through regular cadence with key partners:

• Gather feedback to drive continual improvements with Saviynt processes, community tools and systems.
• Understand partner’s strategic goals and advise on how to achieve them
• Feedback to partner on how they can improve their “Ways of working” based on information gathered from the field as well as internal data metrics

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s/ equivalent in Engineering
• 10+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
