Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. We are searching for a Director, Partner Sales to lead our ASEAN and Greater China partner account team. The role will be based out of Singapore, reporting to the Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia Pacific. English and Mandarin speaking is essential to this role. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales Area Vice Presidents and key stakeholders to build the strategy to grow partner revenue, market expansion, and develop partner relationships to drive customer adoption in the ASEAN and Greater China regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy that aligns with the ASEAN and Greater China regional sales strategy
• Cultivate and nurture executive relationships with strategic partners (distributors, resellers, service providers, alliance partners, managed service providers, global systems integrators, etc.)
• Lead, inspire and motivate your team to grow and develop professionally to achieve individual and team goals, whilst fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Own performance metrics such as forecasting and related operational cadences to oversee growth in partner booked revenue, partner attach, partner-initiated opportunities, partner competency, geographical coverage and market expansion.
• Oversee partner services, partner programs, managed services, and partner marketing performance within your region

What the day will look like

Broker Support

• Co-ordinate the technical requirements/needs of the clients and reinsurers and deliver Aon projects to reflect these.
• Build and maintain regular contact with clients and reinsurers in a proactive manner to mitigate potential risks/problems or develop opportunities.
• Initiate/review/prepare reinsurance submissions/underwriting narrative/debriefs using proprietary technical knowledge.
• Provide technical support to service reinsurance placements: assisting brokers with new business opportunities, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
• Update reinsurance placement activity on broker systems – processing data accurately and promptly.
