Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
Drive the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Build and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Learning & Development: Develop and implement training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee competitive salary structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and high performance through engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage robust systems to evaluate, reward and improve employee performance.
- HR Policy Management: Create, review, and enforce policies that align with the organization’s goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations and Organizational Development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on insights.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
Administrative Management
- Lead the administration team to ensure seamless office operations and resource management.
- Optimize administrative policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
Safety and Security
- Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for employees and customers.
- Oversee security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and drive initiatives to improve workplace safety standards.
Leadership and Team Development
- Mentor and develop the HR, admin and safety teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and policy management.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing administrative, safety, and security functions is an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all organisational levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
