Team Summary

The Risk & Data Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all risk and data solutions in the Asia Pacific markets in our Value Added Services (VAS) organisation. [What the role is]

You will be part of a team that is responsible for upholding proper procurement governance in NEA. You will facilitate procurement activities by departments while ensuring that government/NEA procurement policies/guidelines are applied accordingly and standards of integrity and transparency are upheld throughout the procurement value-chain.

[What you will be working on]

You will support the procurement functions in NEA by carrying out the following activities:

• Lead a team of procurement officers.
• Pro-actively engage users to identify aggregations or other procurement levers
• Develop category strategies through spend analysis and drive strategic sourcing with users to address their procurement needs
• Provide procurement advices to users on all stages of procurement cycle
• Review tender/quotation documents to ensure that they are drafted in compliance to Instruction Manual (IM) (Procurement), NEA’s procurement policy and guidelines and optimise the spending for NEA
• Review tender/quotation evaluations to ensure value for money, fairness and transparency and compliance with IM (Procurement) and NEA procurement policy and guidelines
• Review post-award contract documents to ensure proper contract management and governance
• Improve outreach and facilitate dialogue among procurement community and users in NEA
• Improve the procurement processes, systems and governance framework in NEA to optimise the procurement expenditure and operational efficiency

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in government procurement. Experience in construction procurement and revenue contracting will be an added advantage.
• Good applied knowledge of IM (Procurement), IM (Revenue), Gebiz and Gebiz Management Console (GMC)
• Possess an inquisitive mind on how to derive more value from each purchase
• Good analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
• Performance driven, result oriented with an attention to details and accuracy
• Have a passion for procurement work and able to adapt to changes and work well under tight deadlines
• Able to work well as team player and as an individual
• Proficiency in IT skills (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

About the Job
As the Brand Director of Coco & Eve, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brand and product launch and marketing strategy across global markets. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for orchestrating innovative marketing campaigns, managing brand activations, and spearheading product launches to enhance brand presence and achieve commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet commercial targets and enhance brand equity.
• Lead a team of 12 marketing professionals in areas such as social media, influencer engagement, brand marketing, and design.
• Drive the creative direction, strategic positioning and execution of new product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and brand values.
• Manage and execute 360-degree global marketing campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product Development, Digital, Customer Experience, and Operations.
• Oversee the brand's social media strategy, particularly focusing on growing TikTok reach and community engagement. Utilise platforms like TikTok. Instagram, Youtube and Facebook and to enhance organic reach and customer interaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies and content creators globally to secure top-tier media coverage and innovative content collaborations.
• Champion the brand's presence in new territories, working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful market entries.
• Manage budgets for campaigns and activations in line with objectives.
• Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the team, emphasising innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in brand management, social media, and marketing within the beauty industry.
• At least 5 years of management experience, preferably leading large teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.
• Creative thinker with a performance marketing mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
