• Develop and localize an economic development playbook for SEAsia
• Develop and sell into a pipeline of city and federal government entities
• Develop and localize Open Innovation Services playbook for SEAsia, work with OIS team to co-sell services into APAC corporations
• Develop new verticals for APAC and support existing verticals’ growth

Ventures and Fund Development

• Support APAC leadership to develop APAC Fund strategy

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and drive all aspects of sales and marketing processes, ensuring sales team effectiveness, and fostering business growth beyond Goodpack's core markets. The CCO will play a pivotal role in executing the company's growth plan, focusing on expanding into new verticals while enhancing the share and profitability of our core business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to penetrate new verticals and diversify the business portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
• Work closely with Business Directors and Regional Presidents to build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Define and implement sales structures that support the company's growth objectives, with a focus on the redeployment of the sales force to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Capability Building

• Facilitate the development of small and medium-sized audit practices (SMPs) by conceptualising and executing initiatives to help drive digitalisation, upskilling and internationalisation of SMPs
• Proactively engage SMPs to understand their challenges and needs, identify opportunities for them to grow and help address industry issues
• Identify changes in the industry, including emerging trends and technologies that will affect SMPs
• Build and enhance strategic partnerships with various stakeholders
• Manage the virtual SMP Centre

Outreach and Awareness

• Organise outreach activities to promote awareness and adoption of SMP initiatives
• Organise targeted networking sessions and events for SMPs
• Organise focus group discussions to gather feedback to shape initiatives
• Support major events such as ISCA Conferences

Reporting

• Regular reporting on project status to relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with government agencies for grant support

Requirements:

• A degree in accountancy, business or its equivalent
• Previous working experience in a public accounting firm is a plus
• Current accountant/auditor looking for engagement role will be welcome
