Responsibilities

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing tactic recommendations to the Managing Director
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Responsible for the internal control functioning well and the company’s operations being in full compliant with rules and regulations by the Singapore government
• Establishing and/or enhancing relationships with external parties and stakeholders
• Collaborating with HQ’s management team

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in accounting with proven leadership skills
• Singapore Chartered Accountant
• Familiar with IFRS
• Hands-on experience in SAP
• Understanding China's GAAP is an added advantage
• Integrity, teamwork spirit, and pro-active work attitude
• Good command of English and Mandarin

Key Components:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in the Asia Pacific region.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Lead and coach the team to excel across the entire sales cycle, from building relationships to closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Foster a collaborative environment where the team takes ownership and drives success for strategic customers, including executives, line of business leaders, transformation leaders, and developer communities.
• Implement a data-driven, high-quality sales process that emphasizes deep customer understanding, effective qualification, strategic campaign execution, successful deal negotiation, and post-sale customer success enablement.
• Leverage modern digital selling tools and data analytics to map customer landscapes, identify new stakeholders, and build strategic plans to achieve sales goals through new customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including entering new markets and expanding the customer base in the region.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and products/services.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
