Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, the Chief of Staff (”CoS”) is a highly talented and committed individual helping the CEO to connect vision with execution by driving the operating mechanisms of the organisation.

Acting as a strategic partner and a trusted advisor, you are one of the most connected individuals of the organisation and the champion of transversality. You drive strategy and operating systems for the organisation. You own cross-functional and special projects. You run the office of the CEO, including internal communication, investors relations and day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop Full-Stack StrategyResearch: Feed executive team with strategic research and insights and fuel the long-term strategy of the company;
  Planning: own and coordinate annual/quarterly strategic planning including financial modelling, both with the executive team and the board;

Ideal Candidate

This is a role for you if you are a very high potential currently at a associate/mid-senior level in consulting, investment banking/VC, or a high-growth start-up. You are deeply passionate about cross-functional project management, high-level thinking, and on-the-ground execution. You are counted on as a thought leader in your current role because you can download a huge amount of information and synthesize a vision out of it into a plan that drives stakeholders’ engagement 360 degrees.

You are extremely organized and very good at getting things done, systematically. You are ready and not afraid to do everything: working on your own projects at 9 am, fixing a bug in the operating plan model at 10 am, picking up dry cleaning of your CEO at 11 am, and pitching a VC partner at noon. At this stage of your career at least, you are looking for accelerated learning but you are comfortable being in a role that has a huge impact yet almost no spotlight.

We expect the CoS to commit to the role at least 18 months before moving on to another role. With 18 months or more of accelerated strategic and holistic learnings, you’ll be an ideal candidate to lead a function, or geography, with or without an intermediary role. Overall Job Objectives:

Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the incumbent will be working closely with the ED and Senior Management team to establish priorities and plans for exhibition programming and content development which will effectively align the pipeline of VAP residency programme. Exhibition Programming

Lead marketing consultants to Domino’s international Master Franchisees to influence strong marketing strategies in all markets to grow and protect the brand while providing brand guardrails and principles. Team responsibility is at market/master franchisee level not at store level and therefore must have experience setting strategies, building plans, and ensuring execution while working and influencing at a C-suite level. Educating

Leads, educates, and foster long term development of marketing consultants to:

• Educate and consult markets on creating comprehensive marketing strategies based on the “Domino’s way” of doing marketing with a long-term growth in mind.

ASEAN+3 MACROECONOMIC RESEARCH OFFICE (AMRO) is an international organization that aims to contribute to the macroeconomic and financial resilience and stability of the ASEAN+3 region – comprising 10 members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and China; Hong Kong, China; Japan; and Korea – through surveillance, supporting regional financing arrangements (RFAs), providing technical assistance (TA), serving as a regional knowledge hub (RKH) and facilitating ASEAN+3 financial cooperation.

AMRO is currently looking for the position of Deputy Director (Functional Surveillance and Research).

Under the supervision of AMRO Director, the Deputy Director (Functional Surveillance and Research) is primarily responsible for leading and supervising AMRO’s functional surveillance in financial and fiscal areas, as well as macro-financial research activities.

Project Delivery

• Create and execute project work plans using the Project Toolkit and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensure search requests are clearly defined to include key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation and interview process.
• Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with team to develop best approach for client.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Must have substantial and extensive experience in recruitment either in in-house, client on-site, or in a recruitment organisation. Minimum 12 years of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND BUSIENSS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY

￭ In charge of sales performance and budget with full P&L responsibility of the channel.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies, Fashion, Finance or related discipline.
