[What you will be working on]

You will be a member of a central team responsible for the ideation and implementation of sustainability strategies across MAS’ functions, working closely with relevant departments within the organisation to anchor Singapore as a leading green finance centre.    

In this role, you will:

• Support the Sustainability Group in pioneering research in global trends, horizon scanning and new emerging areas (e.g. impact investing and finance, inter-linkages between social and environmental outcomes, scope 4 disclosures etc). Data Science & AI Director

Location: West

This incumbent is responsible to lead in the research & development, strategy, architecting, planning and delivery of data science capabilities (e.g. Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Data Engineering, Cognitive Computing and Decision Science), to transform and support the organisation’s overall sense making capabilities.

Responsibilities:

(1) Support the organisation’s transformation into a data-driven organisation by charting the strategic directions to design, develop and deliver Data and Analytics capabilities that includes:

• Transform the team to deliver next-generation data and analytics capabilities that support rapid on-boarding of data sources, high-scalable architecture that empower both employees and data scientist to self-serve to a suite of data products, ranging from data-self-serve to analytics-as-a-service.
• Develop organic Data Engineers for improved data management, to ingest data, design and architect data pipelines, data architectures for different data consumer groups.
• Develop organic Data team to exploit all data to harness new insights and support better sense making capabilities.
• Develop roadmaps to deliver cutting-edge sense making capabilities that harness all data types such as high velocity, structured, unstructured, images, videos, geo-location, signal, etc.
• Drive data analytics and AI/ML models for big data analytics, and advance dashboarding for data and insights visualisation, including GIS and LLM/GenAI technology.
• Guide new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating operational insights that address operational challenges in a proactive manner.
• Collaborations with partners and stakeholders to research in advance AI/ML model to solve complex and/or wicked problem statements beyond Data Science, when no readily available solution can be found in the market.

(2) Ensure timely delivery and implementation of the enterprise data and sense making projects that include data architectures (ingestion, storage, acquisition, validation), data exchanges, big data analytics platforms, user data and analytics systems.

(3) Lead strategic discussions with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and capabilities.

(4) Act as the organisation’s Chief Data Officer and drive the following initiatives:

• Work with governance units to ensure data security governance complies with the prevailing policies and addresses all matters relating to data governance and solutions required to ensure secured, timely and efficient delivery of data to the respective stakeholders.
• Drive the management, use and sharing of data in a secure manner, and plug any gaps to comply with organisation guidelines.
• Define the organisation’s data strategy, goals, polices and management of organisation’s data assets, and coordinate returns for organisation’s indices.

The Policy and Strategy Development Division is part of the Policy, Research and Surveillance Group in the Health Promotion Board.  The Division’s mission is formulating public health policies and strategies, as HPB progresses beyond promotional approaches to employ regulatory and policy levers to modify health behaviours.  Areas of focus include obesity control (food and physical activity), substance abuse (tobacco and alcohol), as well as emerging areas of public health concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review and analyse public health findings in the area of diet and nutrition, as well as  market data from a wide range of sources, and develop evidence-based policies and strategies that address public health gaps in the general and targeted populations.

The incumbent will support our client and be will be responsible for providing ongoing management of real estate transaction activities, encompassing offices & industrial units across the SEA and Asia Pacific regions. . Prepares, recommends, and implements a portfolio-wide transaction strategy. Responsibilities will include:

• Implement real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments and governance.

• Participate as a strategic partner with senior management team in the development of sound corporate business plans and strategies.

Director, Private Banking Finance would Manage regional Private Banking financial performance. This will include planning, performance management and providing advisory to relevant stakeholders to improve business performance and to achieve agreed goals and targets.

Responsibilities for this finance role cover following areas within CPBB:

• Private Banking segment for a specific internal region covering teams located in Singapore, UK and UAE

Strategy

Director, Private Banking Finance should have thorough awareness and understanding of the CPBB affluent business strategy and be able to help execute this to specific Private Banking regional context.

This includes:

· Partnering with regional head, market head and business management team in review, update and implementation of specific strategy for the region and markets covered within the region

· Alignment of this strategy and related financial impact with regional teams and CFO, Affluent and Wealth

Business Planning and Analysis

· Advice Private Banking regional head on financial performance, profitability, returns and highlighting areas of opportunity and early warnings of the challenges ahead
