• Lead agency team to win pitches and assist with integrated campaigns.
• Take charge of integrated campaigns and facilitate the best modern marketing work that delivers business success for our clients across domains like brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital, sustainability, and ESG-focused initiatives
• Ensure coverage of strategic accounts and growth in relationships and prospects across multiple client stakeholders, demonstrating industry knowledge and expertise
• Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices of the industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Director or 4 years experience as a Senior Manager within the agency. Advertising agency or brand consultancy experience is a plus.
• Technically strong in at least 2 out of 4 areas below - Research, Strategic branding, 360 campaigns, PR/social media; able to advise clients in those areas.
