What is the opportunity?:

We are seeking a talented, experienced commercial lawyer to join the Omnissa Legal Team as Counsel, APAC Commercial. This person will report to the Senior Director & Deputy General Counse, Global Commercial Lead and provide guidance to the APAC Deal Management and Sales Teams to ensure that all agreements are drafted and negotiated in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. What will you bring to Omnissa?

• Qualified to practice law in Singapore.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience negotiating software and cloud services licensing agreements, and related professional services agreements at a B2B company. In-house experience in a United States-based technology company preferred but not required.
