Educational Background:
For Associates and Senior Associates, bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, problem solving or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, philosophy, etc.) from a top educational institution.

Working Experience:
Senior Associates should have 2-5 years of aviation and aerospace industry working experience, and/or aviation consultancy working experience.

Logistics:

Able to travel, domestic and overseas; may be required to travel 25-50% of the time, or more during certain periods.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on equity research (mainly on HK and US listed stocks).
• Build fundamental equity valuation models from scratch
• Responsible to collect and sort out stock market information to conduct research and analysis, formulate earnings forecast and valuation judgement for targeted companies.
• Closely monitor the macro-economic situations and industry trends for covered sectors/companies;
• Maintaining the fundamental stock pool, early warning downward trend risk due to fundamental changes.
• Provide investment recommendations and work closely with CEO in formulating investment strategy and asset allocation.
• Manage a profit and loss account, taking ownership of trading performance.
• Assist in other various thematic research.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years solid experiences in equity research and/or portfolio management; candidates with experience with top investment banks or asset management firms are preferred.
• Good knowledge of finance and data analysis ability, familiar with Bloomberg and other related financial platforms.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and commitment to work in a respectful, team-oriented and multicultural environment.
• Have strong communication skills to convey complex financial information and data to investors.
• Able to write and speak in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, and implement planned daily programme and its activities
• Daily supervision, assisting and monitoring members in the various activities both outside or within the centre, and ensuring safety of all members and volunteers
• Purchase and preparation of daily tea breaks and lunch for members and volunteers
• Support and evaluate growth of members and to plan appropriate development plans for members based on their needs and abilities with inputs from internal stakeholders as well as to develop programmes to support the member in his/her achievement of PDP (personal development plan)
• Assess new members on their trial, identify their needs and potential, and to write post-trial evaluation report
• Carry out behaviour support plans
• Work with member’s families as required and to keep them updated regarding their child / ward progress
• Work with and train volunteers to better assist and engage members in their development
• Maintain administrative work such as daily attendance taking, records of daily programmes, temperature taking, monthly centre report, incident reports, etc.

Requirement

• Minimum O Levels / Diploma in related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with special needs children is an advantage
