Job Summary
The regional marketing manager is responsible for the development of strategic marketing plans for the assigned business units in CASAJ region. This role will also be responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns within the CASAJ region. The role requires strong collaboration between internal stakeholders as well as key opinion leaders to develop and execute product launches. This individual will have responsibility for managing all aspects of marketing including new product launches, advertising, promotions, sales meetings, trade shows, clinical events and educational symposia. He/She must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with commercial team on pricing strategy & implementation
• Conduct regular review on competitive landscape and price sensitivity of our customers
• Lead customer facing activities such as promotional events, medical education sessions etc.
• Provide technical support to field sales team through training sessions and webinars
• Coordinate participation in conferences, tradeshows and other industry events
• Assist with establishing partnerships with KOLs, academic institutions, patient advocacy groups, etc.
• Develop content for publications, presentations and other collaterals
• Support the creation of marketing materials, websites, social media, print ads, emails, direct mail pieces, brochures, posters, flyers, banners, signs, displays, digital media, packaging, and other items related to marketing
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience required
• Experience working in medical device industry preferred
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to others who may not fully understand them
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
