The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the engineering or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently manage the entire hiring process with minimal supervision.  

Responsibilities:   

Finding Candidates:  

• Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements.
• Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language.
• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
• Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.

Engaging Candidates:

• Use an appropriate mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Articulate value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire and overall expectations.
• Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.

Assessing Candidates:

• Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
• Use independent judgement to compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine if the candidate is a match for the role or a potential match for other open positions.
• Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results (if process dictates).
• Review background and reference information (if process dictates).

Influencing the Hire:

• Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
• Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
• Articulate a job offer to candidate and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers as appropriate.

Service Excellence:

• Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth).
• Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple qualified candidates in play at all times.
• Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to the hiring leader and Cielo leadership to depict both metrics and efforts.
• Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research and recommend solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader, providing a consultative approach with recommendations on how to move forward. 

Team Summary

The SMT Cluster, Global Clients & Global/Regional Acquirers Client Services team is currently a team of 9 located across the region covering clients in 3 countries: Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. It also covers Global Clients and Global Acquirers who have presence in the Asia Pacific region. 

The team is accountable for managing the post-sale and operational relationships of clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance.

The Senior Director, Head of Client Services (CS) – SMT Cluster, Global Clients & and Global/Regional Acquirers is a senior leadership role, reporting to the SVP, Head of AP Client Services, and will lead the team responsible for managing the post-sales and operational relationships of clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance across the SMT markets, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers.

The Senior Director is expected to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all the operational activities for applicable clients, including the cross functional delivery of systems and services. They will define and deploy client service strategies across the different client types including proactive Client Success planning. This will ensure their client operational goals/success metrics are understood, intended outcomes are met and client readiness activities for upcoming mandates are tracked in Client Success Plans. In addition, a key tenet will be to develop and enhance success metrics for the team they lead to ensure Client satisfaction is not only measured, but is exceeded, using net promoter scores, survey results, OKRs, in person meetings, outreach calls, and other factors to determine accountability and proactive engagements by their team members. 

The Senior Director is accountable for building a high-performing and cohesive team, aligned to the global Client Success strategy, by providing leadership to a team of individual contributors. They should do this through coaching, setting strategic direction and applying working knowledge of Visa products, systems, and procedures. They are accountable for personifying the Visa leadership principles while providing guidance to direct reports, cross-functional staff, and senior management to proactively drive Client Success whilst ensuring effective resolution of high-priority issues with potential of significant financial implications.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Lead courageously to inspire the SMT Cluster, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers Client Services team, focused on delivering excellent client experience and optimizing our clients’ performance.
• Be a member of, and active participant in, the AP Client Services Leadership Team and the SMT Cluster, Global Clients & Acquiring Leadership Team.
• Own the expense budget for this group, as well as revenue and sales targets and Objectives/Key Results based on the multi-year Client Success transformation.
• Drive the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives in support of the global Client Success transformation, inspiring and holding team members to account for enacting key changes in support of the future state vision.
• Establish and foster outstanding relationships with executive management team stakeholders from Clients and is adept at independently managing and resolving challenging and complex client escalations by obsessing about clients. 
• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with key Visa cross-functional stakeholders. Represents the voice of the client on all operational initiatives and issues with key internal partner organizations including Sales, Product, Global Clients, Global/Regional Acquirers, Finance, Risk, Legal and Technology.

The Db2 Database Engineering Administration team is part of Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) Technology Platform and is responsible for common integration infrastructure that supports communication between multiple enterprise applications and multiple business lines

Job Scope

This Director role is responsible for the team that delivers database administration solutions which involves complex problem solving and taking a broad perspective to identify creative solutions. This management role also serves as a technical functional specialist that guides the team to provide Db2 z OS database administration and solution on development and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team that supports Db2 database and database availability, database security patching, implementation of database maintenance and support the availability of development, QA, pre-production and production environments.
• Ensure that sufficient resources and skills are available to provide the required technical support.
• Manage a portfolio of applications databases and work with business technology groups to implement new database solutions and to maintain their own existing database portfolio.
