Your Next Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for BB Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing key partnerships, optimising inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency and resilience of our supply chain.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Planning:
   Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
   Collaborate with key Product, Marketing and Operations stakeholders to align the supply chain strategy
2. Partner Management:
   Establish and maintain strong relationships with Fulfillment Centers, Contract Manufacturers and Raw Ingredient Suppliers
   Evaluate and select partners based on performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Inventory Management:
   Optimize inventory levels to balance the need for product availability with cost control.
   Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
4. Risk Management:
   Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
   Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that could impact the supply chain.
5. Performance Measurement:
   Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain and regularly assess and report on performance.
   Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the supply chain processes.
6. Logistics Optimization:
   Streamline transportation and distribution processes to minimize lead times and reduce overall logistics costs.
   Explore innovative solutions to optimize transportation and storage.
7. Quality Control:
   Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the supply chain to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards.
   Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and improve overall product quality.
8. International Logistics and Shipping:
   Build the logistics for international operations, considering the delivery lead time and costs for customers worldwide
   Coordinate shipping and transportation arrangements, including customs compliance and import/export regulations. Seek opportunities to optimize international logistics and reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
9. Continuous Improvement:
   Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
   Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement. Implement lean methodologies, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Collaboration and Communication:
    Foster collaboration and open communication between different departments, including, marketing, product, customer service, business development, finance.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize processes.

Your Experience

• Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain management role, preferably in the consumer goods or health and wellness industry.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, and international trade regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree might be a plus.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Associate to help us create engaging visual content to captivate our audience and bring our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content in the form of posters and videos for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and advertising assets
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Support the conducting of market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the baby and kids clothing industry
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduate, or 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer products
• Proficiency in use of photo and video editing programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Basic photography skills would be a strong plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Our designers work closely with the founders to create new products to serve our valued customers who appreciate our design thinking and product quality. Our products range from baby/kids clothing to adult clothing, as well as lifestyle products.

Responsibilities:

• Design of kids and adult clothing, and lifestyle products such as bags and accessories
• Sketching, producing technical drawings and tech packs
• Developing/Creating prints and graphics for our product offerings, including apparel, swaddles, bags and other accessories
• Sourcing and selecting of fabrics and materials
• Seeing products through from initial illustrations to the creation of samples and finished products
• Conceptualising launch campaigns together with the marketing team
• Assisting with embroidery work for the personalisation of our products

Requirements:

• At least two years of working experience in product and/or fashion design, or a relevant field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in sketching/illustration, passionate about bringing product drawings to life
• Experience in sewing and working with textiles
• Experience in graphic design and photography are a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus to communicate with our Chinese suppliers.

Responsibilities

1. Identify markets and understand of products, searching new potential customers and new market opportunities and growth of business.
2. Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
3. Management of new sales leads, including qualification, response, recording and follow up with the objective of increasing revenue. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated.
4. Collect and communicate market and competitor’s information to corporate management team on a frequent basis.
5. Work with Regional Sales Manager and management team to grow the targeted vertical segments and business, develop annual business plans together with the Regional Sales Manager.

Job Description

• Handling day-to-day accounting functions, such as recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial records.
• Assisting with accounts payable tasks, which involve processing supplier invoices, verifying payment details, and coordinating with vendors for timely payments.
• Assisting with accounts receivable tasks, including generating customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts

• Managing petty cash, remittances, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.

Job Requirements

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective and project management good presentation skills; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/LCCI/ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Experienced in accounting software and MsOffice.
• Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
