Job Descriptions:

• Provide advisory roles for insurance related inquires
• Provide quotation for customers and advise the best insurance and its products
• Administer documentation for cost, claims and Issuance of Cover Note, Insurance Certificate and Invoicing to customer
• Follow up with customers on Payment collection from customer
• Follow up with existing customers base for policy renewal
• Follow up with customers and insurance companies for payment of Excess pertaining to own damage claims and repair costs pertaining to third-party claims
• Liaise with all parties, mainly workshop and insurance partners for accurate information provide to customer and prompt repair of the vehicle
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
• Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved and addressed in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Weekly and monthly updates and report to Directors

Requirements:

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Possess General Insurance Certificates (BCP, PGI and CommGI), Health Insurance (HI) certificates is an advantage.
• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) to liaise with Chinese clients
• Good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build strong client relationship
• Meticulous with a flair for details, multi-task and highly committed
• Able to prioritise, articulate issues, problem identification, evaluation, and provide resolution
• Team player with self–discipline and willing-to-learn qualities

• Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, builder, etc) for the building and related facilities.
• Supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance in the building.
• Assist Facilities Executive & officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit, ensuring alignment with project construction requirements.
• Assist the project team with BIM coordination, providing accurate and timely information for construction.
• Extract data from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications based on client and consultant requests.
• Prepare As-built drawings for project handover to clients and consultants.
• Support tender bids and drawings by creating floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Attend technical and BIM meetings as required.
• Ensure timely completion of all required drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Manage project management and daily site operations.

· Handling technical and engineering issues.

· Plan the manpower require for the site works.

· Mange efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites.

· Oversight of the works and resolving any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites.

· Plan the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures.

· The Engineering report to project team on work progress at construction sites.

· Full time supervision at site.

· Working on construction site, could accept OT base on site requirement.

· Beside Engineer Work, & some QS work as well.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree/ or any BCA Relevant in engineering or equivalent

· Min 5- 10 years of Experience in Construction Engineering field.

· Leadership and organizational Responsible skills.

· Support APM/PM Skills.

· Support CAD/project, drawing and design, and Aluminum Steel Engineering for any construction knowledge.

· Great written and verbal communication skills/in terms of English Languages.

· A willingness to learn/ Hardworking excel Skills.

· Good Communication/ follow the daily instruction for the APM/PM and the site supervisor instruction.

· Engineer has to write structure steel and metal work

Job Description

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
• Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts
• Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management

Requirements

• Min GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualifications
• Valid class 3 driving license (Mandatory)
• Prior 1-5 years experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
