Position:

The School of Social Sciences (SOSS) invites applications for an open rank (Assistant, Associate, Full Professor) tenure track position in Sustainability, with a specific focus on environmental policy and governance, sustainable development, or environmental sociology to begin in July of 2025. The School is particularly interested in environmental social scientists with an established research and teaching repertoire or high potential for scholarly work on topics related to sustainability, including collaborative governance, the water-energy-food nexus, natural resource management, climate institutions and partnerships, and sustainability governance and analytics. Those with a research focus involving Asia are especially encouraged to apply. Job Description

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via time software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.

2. Processing monthly payroll for designated job sites including processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.

Supply Chain Operations Intern focuses on Automation & Process Improvement involves working collaboratively with team members to identify and implement automation opportunities within supply chain processes. Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester

1. The scope of Services for the One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester shall be as follows:

a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;

b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;

c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards;

d) Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including preparing test data when necessary;

e) Develop and maintain automated test scripts;

f) Review, support and participate in functionality and technical testing such as performance testing, security, interface integration and usability testing;

g) Review test reports and results of the Authority’s appointed contractors for the Authority’s systems;

h) Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority’s appointed contractors for testing;

i) Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and recommend process optimisations and best practices; and

j) Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled.

2. The One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be preferred;

b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage;

c) Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness, good presentation and listening skills;

d) Experience in the following would be advantageous:

i. Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA; and

ii. Testing for government public services.

e) Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.

Onshore Cybersecurity Consultant

a) Provide cybersecurity support in system operations to ensure the compliance

with Government policies, which include review, design and implementing

security measure, process, controls for the Authority’s systems;

b) Review security audit reports and assessment conducted by auditors for security

testing such as Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, host

configurations, IT general controls, risk assessments, etc;

c) Conduct reviews, gap analysis and provide recommendations on monthly

reports and reviews, ensuring the compliance of the system processes to the

Authority and Government policies;

d) Monitor and follow up with known vulnerabilities and risks in the Authority’s

environment and systems;

e) Conduct cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks in the

Authority’s systems and processes;

f) Design and follow through the implement of cybersecurity solutions in the

Authority’s environment to protect against threats and attacks;

g) Review and verify that security policies, procedures, and best practices are

implemented and comply with standards and guidelines by the Authority’s

appointed contractors and systems;

h) Provide guidance and recommendations on cybersecurity strategies and

technologies;

i) Conduct security awareness trainings to the Authority and the Authority’s

appointed contractors when necessary to promote a culture of security;

j) Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting forensic

analysis on a need-be basis; and

k) Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

21. The One (1) Onshore Cybersecurity Consultant proposed by the Contractor shall have

at least 3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant or equivalent position and

the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/ Computer Engineer,

Information Technology or related discipline would be preferred;

b) Good capabilities in ICT governance, security/ risk/ data management

frameworks;

c) Good knowledge in ICT infrastructure, applications and web/ cloud services;

d) Qualified and certified ICT professionals such as CREST, CRISC, CGEIT and

CISSP; and

e) Knowledge of cybersecurity industry standards, government cyber security

policies and requirements.
