Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Additionally, they assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of management experience
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Possess class 3 driver license
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime

Requirement:-

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Relevant experience as precast inspector.
• Experience in precast viaduct segment has an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD

Description:

• Develop detailed supervision schedules and checklists for inspections by the QP(S) and QSS teams, covering both general and safety inspections.
• Monitor all stages of viaduct construction, ensuring thorough inspections for signs of distress and confirming safe completion.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and sequences for both temporary and permanent works, including launching equipment, post-tensioning, and modification proposals.
• Conduct independent assessments of viaduct construction and temporary work designs through calculations.
• Evaluate contingency measures, rectification proposals, and their implementation.
• Monitor and assess visual/physical conditions of the work, identifying risks and deviations from the design or method statements.

Brand Representative

• Assist with roadshow enquiries
• Assist with opening and closing set up
• Promoting the brand and sharing more about our courses
• Support team with ad hoc duties if required

Job Requirements

• Able to commit at least 3 days (Roadshow is 7 days) within 16 Dec - 22 Dec with minimum 4 - 9 hours of work per day
