The role is to lead the PointStar delivery and client relationships. This role will be accountable for the overall account delivery, client satisfaction and management of expectations and management of expectations while developing a ‘trusted partner’ status that considers strategy, culture, timelines and budgets. Job Description:

1. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage ERP Project Engagement.
2. Responsible for the successful initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project
3. As a PM, you should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing inputs to the Account Manager for implementation updates and assisting with the account growth.
4. Other responsibilities as follows :

• Performing the work to define and mature the project scope, develop the project management plan, and identify and schedule the project activities. Executing the work in the project management plan to accomplish the project objectives under the project scope statement / Statement of Work (SOW).
• Set the deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress for the project
• Performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, to analyze variances, to assess trends to affect the process.
• Ability to ensure team delivers the project on time and do consistent timely reminders with client team and internal team.
• Performing the work to formally terminate a project and transfer the completed product to operations.
• This position would require travel to Customer Locations within company operational locations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of working experience including 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
2. Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on ERP Projects. Oracle Netsuite project management experience is preferred.
3. Specific experience with structured development methodologies and standards.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary. Experience with working with nearshore teams is preferable.
5. Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial work environment.
6. Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Computer Science and Technology, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
8. Experience with presales, contracting & management under multiple commercial models including T&M, FP and outsourcing partners is preferred.

The Project Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing project opportunities for the Company. This includes sourcing clients, building client relationships, structuring transactions and securing project rights. It involves addressing the client’s needs including preliminary project design and coordinating with technical and account departments on project execution. The Project Development Manager’s key responsibilities include the following:

• Source and identify project leads, primarily in Singapore and potentially for South East Asia region
• Prepare & submit proposals, ensure timely responses to RFPs and RFQs, manage, review and coordinate project quotations, bids and tender submission for the Company
• Collaborate with design & project management teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals that consider optimal PV performance, constructability and project schedules. Ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution.
• Prepare PV system performance and financial analysis from building owner & developer perspective. Serve as primary contact point for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify new business opportunities by staying current with market trends, tech advancements and other market opportunities.

This position reports directly to the Head of Project Development.

Requirements:

For experienced managers, minimum requirements:

• Equivalent experience or Diploma/bachelor degree in Science, Engineering
• Experience with sales acquisition, project development, tender preparation, project costing
• Experience in project financing and evaluating project returns incl. ROI and IRR analysis

For new graduates, minimum requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor degree in Science, Engineering
• Willingness to learn - interest in developing projects and closing sales contracts

• Able to speak more than 1 language (Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia / Thai / Mandarin)
• Possess a valid driver’s licence for Singapore

• Regularly monitor and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security;

• Implement security measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard against cyber threats;

• Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system and network issues;

• Conduct thorough research to identify software solutions that align with the company's requirements and objectives;

• Develop comprehensive IT policies and guidelines covering areas such as security protocols, equipment procurement, and replacement procedures;

• Set up and implement backup plans and business continuity plans for system applications and stored information;

• Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on equipment to avoid any undetected faults and unauthorized installations by any staff;

• Maintain proper documentation of licenses, hardware and software inventories and ensure that records are up to date and properly presented;

• Undertake any other IT related assignment that may be given by the manager and/or his/her designate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
