1. Generation and submission of quotations to clients based on D&B/ A&A projects, schedule of rates and / or Star Rates.
2. Sourcing of quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
3. Assessment and preparation of contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, final accounts consolidation.
4. Review and liaise closely with the Project Leader/Manager/MD throughout the process of pitching to confirmation and execution.
5. Liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, users relevant authorities during any given project's entire project phase, attend progress meetings as required.
6. Any other related ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma and / or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Quick analytical thinking
• Familiar with PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS and / or Singapore contract laws
• Very proficient in MS Excel, Words, PPT.
• More than 2 years experience in tenders and / or private contracts
• ID Cost survey experience is a must
• Good grasp of ID A&A Work and Design + Build process

• Application Development: Be responsible for the development, and deployment of applications using low code development platforms, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Cross Workstream Integration: Integrate across different project workstreams to ensure that the components built integrate well with the existing systems and capabilities that are live.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in low code development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Operations: Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required.

Responsibilities

Duties & responsibilities

As a Project Director (PD) you will be expected to take a lead role in securing new and retaining local and regional work with existing and new investor and landlord clients.

To develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong local network of contacts internally and externally. Leveraging business relationships such as Commercial, Retail and Industrial Investor sectors.

When delivering complex projects, to accept total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure.
