Job Overview:

We are looking for a committed and experienced Safety Coordinator cum Supervisor to ensure the safety and efficiency of our work sites. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, managing workplace safety compliance while supervising daily operations to maintain productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Safety Coordinator cum Supervisor, you will:

1. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Control regulations
2. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigating measures
3. Prepare, review and update MSRA (Method Statement & Risk Assessment) documents for submission to client
4. Plan, implement, and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies

7. Monitor workers’ performance to ensure productivity and quality

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a Safety Coordinator and supervisory role
2. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (ACWSH) qualification / Manage Work-at-Height / BizSAFE Level 2 certifications
3. Knowledge of WSH and OHS legislation, procedures, and best practices
4. Proven ability to manage and supervise teams effectively
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. A keen sense of responsibility and be ownership-driven

ABOUT THE ROLE

The (Senior) Manager, Digital Transformation will own, drive and execute cross-functional digitalisation projects from initiation to completion, determining digitalisation goals that support business objectives and strategies. With reference to company’s Digital Strategy Plan, this covers the areas of Digitalised Service Delivery, New Digital Services, Technology and supporting Data (significantly covering “Platform” in the People, Process, Platform (3P) framework). RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with relevant teams to enhance external and internal reach and engagement (branding, communications, fundraising), corporate support/service delivery and governance through digital tools and platforms including through the mapping of end-to- end stakeholder journeys.
