RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Experience and Qualifications

• Degree (PhD, Master's, Bachelor's) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience building risk models such as Application Score, Behavior Score, PD, EAD, LGD (Basel or IFRS 9), especially for retail customers in diverse countries including Singapore.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management throughout the customer journey within fintech or risk-focused environments.
• Domain expertise in retail credit products, banking, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Snowflake and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.

Reporting to the National Ground Operations Manager, incumbent will Identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs, in the area of Global Standard Operating Procedure (GSOP). • Direct, manage and implement specific programs and projects, to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed specification resulting in a positive impact on GSOP and operational performance.
• Country champion for all standards and procedures programs. These include GIMS, ISO, TAPA, IATA, GSOP related matters.
