As a Software Engineer

• Work with cross-functional teams which consists of Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, User Experience Designers and Product Owners to deliver technical solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible developing, implementing, and maintaining data governance frameworks and risk management strategies to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our organization's data assets. This role requires understanding of data governance principles, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Data Governance Framework Development:

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Establish data governance frameworks and best practices to manage data assets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to evaluate potential threats to data integrity and security.
• Monitor and report on data governance and risk management activities to senior management.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as PDPA, GDPR, and other industry-specific standards.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in data protection laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.

Data Quality Management:

Job Description & Requirements

Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded promptly

Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions

Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within the targeted Service Level

Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

Manage customer expectations and notify the Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature

Handle initial classification/prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow up actions and incident status.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• Control inventory of cleaning product, reorder as necessary
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines, ensuring dishes, glassware, silverware, and utensils are cleaned efficiently and are streak-free.

Job Summary:

• Deliver in-house legal counsel function and provide comprehensive legal advice and support, to the Legal Director, which includes drafting and reviewing contracts and intended changes to Rules and Bye-Laws, compliance, governance and helping the Club be PDPA compliant.
• Provide administrative, project and executive support to the Director by ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Organisation’s Legal and Compliance areas such as technology and media, IP, data protection (PDPA, GDPR etc.), labour, club and corporate issues.
• Implement and ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other corporate formalities.
