This study seeks primarily to understand (a) the nature of educational pathways made by students through secondary education, (b) the drivers of the decisions made about educational pathways through secondary education (especially self-identity and agency, school and career aspirations, and social and relational contexts), (c) the stability and change patterns of educational pathways as well as factors that may be associated with change. We expect the drivers of educational pathways to be interrelated, and (d) through retrospective investigation, the factors at early childhood and primary school that contribute to educational pathways. By means of a PRISMA framework, we will conduct a systematic literature search and screening to identify eligible articles for each topic. As approach to synthesize the literature, we will use an umbrella review for each topic, i.e., focusing on meta-synthesis, synthesis, and review literature. The findings will allow the identification of effective interventions for each topic in facing challenges throughout the students’ school period.

JOB SUMMARY

 Plan materials requirements & process purchase orders to support the master production schedule.

 Coordinate the delivery schedule of purchased parts to the manufacturing facility to support the master production schedule.

 Support month-end closing functions to ensure materials inventory accuracy.

 Coordinate material flow with other departments & work on new materials lot qualification.

 Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze their impact to the master production schedule

 Coordinate closely with the Purchasing Team to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials.

 Work closely with the Production Team & RD Team on materials usage rate to ensure sufficient materials to support their manufacturing needs.

 Work closely with warehouse members to do monthly cycle counts.

 Help with FG shipment documentation preparation.

 Coordinate with Forwarder on shipment allocation and etc.

 Update Shipment status into the Customer system.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Process PR & purchase order to Purchasing Dept.

 Prepare weekly reports and present to HQ(Japan).

 Prepare a forecast for the purchasing department for information sharing with suppliers.

 Maintain data integrity in all systems.

 Assist related departments in conducting monthly and yearly inventory checks.

 Prepare, Monitor and update FG shipment.

 Assist in maintaining proper ISO/OSHAH Standard Procedures.

 Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

1. Lead Generation and Sales:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Singapore market.

o Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Chief secretary of Group office:

• Manage CEO’s calendar. Provide timely reminders of appointments.
• Assist in preparation of Board meetings, General meetings and their respective papers.

Requirements
