Job Title: Driver Cum Warehouse Assistant (ID6003)
Location: AMK Ind PK 2
Working Hours: Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.15 am – 5.15 pm), Sat (8.15 am – 12.15 pm)
Salary: S$2500 S$2800

Driving and Transportation
•Safely operate company vehicles to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse facilities and construction sites.
•Loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
•Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while driving, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods.
•Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues or accidents promptly.
Warehouse Management
•Perform warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
•Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
•Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
Logistics Coordination
•Schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments of materials to construction/ client sites.
•Track and monitor transportation activities, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
•Optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery performance through effective logistics planning and management.
Reporting and Documentation
•Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
•Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, transactions, receipts, and shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
•Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to provide updates, insights, and support on warehouse operations, inventory status, and material requirements.

Requirements
•Valid Class 3 Driving License.
•Good working knowledge of MS Office
•Min. 1 year of driver working experience
• Basic understanding on warehousing management is a plus
•Physically fit to work in a warehouse environment and able to handle heavy loads/ items

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

Working Location: Bukit Batok Care Home

This role will be responsible to perform daily housekeeping functions and maintain high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen of the Nursing Home.

You will support the Operations Support Assistant and Ops Support Executive (OSE) to work with outsourced vendors to ensure the safe and proper management, kitchen cleanliness, handling, plating and delivery of food to residents

The detailed duties are as follows:

• Assist in the maintenance of food hygiene (taking delivery of food, storage of food, food temperature maintenance, food preparation)
• Upkeep environmental cleanliness (washing of dishes and cutlery), includes daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals
• Report any maintenance deficiencies detected within the kitchen to the Operations Support Assistant and/or Ops Support Exec.
• Ensure kitchen supplies are adequate to meet the daily needs of the nursing home
• Keep work areas free of hazardous conditions. Ensure that kitchen tools / equipment are cleansed and properly stored after usage.
• Work with vendors to receive food
• Work with the Centre Manager to audit the kitchen facilities
• Conduct plating activities if required

Requirements:

• Basic English Language Proficiency to communicate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Service oriented and customer focused
• Related experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry will be preferred.
• Able to work on rotating shifts

• Plan, prepare and conduct holistic activities for the children’s emotional and physical development
• Provide care, guidance and create positive learning experiences for the children
• Proactively engaging with parents and maintaining positive relationships
• Undertake adhoc planning for school events (e.g. Children's Day)
