• O Level/Diploma with few years HR experiences
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Organized, meticulous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in benefits and HR operations under HR Shared Services environment will be an advantage
• Prior experience in using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
