Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Providing personalized financial advice to clients based on their unique needs and financial goals.
• Delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Offering a wide range of banking and investment solutions to meet clients' financial objectives.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing client relationships.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as the product or investment team to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Staying updated with market trends, economic developments, and financial regulations to provide up-to-date advice and guidance to clients.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining accurate client records.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Min 2 years of affluent banking experience or 4+ years of mass banking experience.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and a team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI and revenue goals.
• Ability to work independently, manage a client portfolio, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possession of CMFAS certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare export shipments documents.
• Work closely with customers and airline carriers on export shipment.
• Handle and maintain inventory documents.
• Assist with inventory movement and packing work.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Able to commit saturday half day
