Sales Account Manager
Job Description:
1. Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS Systems in local market.
2. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
1. Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.
2. Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
3. Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
4. Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
5. Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Those without any experience with keen interest in automation technology can be considered for entry level position
3. Good understanding of IBMS/BMS Systems
4. Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
6. Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
