Job Description & Requirements:
• Develop a custom report in Workday and integration system in the Workday Studio
• Develop & Maintain Oracle HCM cloud and transition form Oracle HCM to Workday.
• Develop an integration system in Workday which uses a Workday connector to send US employees and/or their dependents with qualifying events for COBRA to the benefits provider with the file specification requested.
• Create an interface that will send records qualified via a weekly file to the vendor .
• Create Data Model via SQL and the eText formats the output as required by the vendor.
• Serve as Task Manager during the project and assisted with the completion of tasks by their respective owners.
• Extract employee records based on their Payroll Relationship in XML form and is transformed via eText for the destined Payroll Systems’ required format.
• Support payroll team on Workday to ADP integrations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on Workday development, maintenance.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of WorkDay architecture and data model
• Experience in developing WorkDay reports, calculated fields, and custom integrations
• Hands-on experience in WorkDay integration technologies such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, and XTT
• Hands on experience in Integration Systems (CCW, PECI, PICOF, EIB)
• Knowledge of WorkDay security framework and role-based permissions
• Experience with WorkDay API calls and SOAP/REST web services
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve WorkDay technical issues
• Experience in full lifecycle WorkDay implementations
• Prior experience in working on Oracle HCM Cloud and experience in transition from Oracle HCM to Workday
