Responsibilities:

Senior Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program to support QR Management, BAU activities and various new initiatives within bank which undergoing a large transformation change.

1. Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation

2. Driving business discussions and managing the project scope

3. Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates

4. Support the project delivery phases especially during Analysis and design and test phases.

Requirements:

1. 7-12 years of experience in Banking industry.

2. Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivered projects, programs of large scale.

3. Should have good communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.

4. Should have experience in AML, KYC, compliance domain and data analytics.

5. Experience in AI/ML and workflow applications is good to have.

2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, extension or conversion based on performance)

Responsibilities:

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, LTA etc
• Project management, design and development
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project/design team
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements
• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members

Requirements:

• Architectural master/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore (BOA)
• Minimum 10 years post graduate experience
• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission processes and guidelines
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
• 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays (Central, Singapore)
• All company benefits will be the same as a permanent staff (there is no bond to be served for the 2 years contract)

• Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
• Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
• Provide guidance and conduct in-house BIM training to other team members
• Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent from any recognised tertiary institution preferred
• Specialist Diploma in BIM
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
• Good knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process

The Deputy Contracts Manager reports to the Contracts Manager and assists in all costs and contractual issues in Main Contract as well as Sub-Contracts connected to the project.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

• Study the tender documents, drawings, specifications, source for suppliers and subcontractors and collate pricing for comparison.
• Prepare tender reports and analyse costings for tender.
• Present the costings to internal stakeholders and put up recommendations.
• Attend tender interviews and answer tender-related queries.
• Establish the Project cost estimation and control procedures
• Control & report Overall Project Construction Costs/Budget
• Project budget forecasting quantity surveying
• Team support to the Project Manager in Contract Management Cost Control.
• Manage contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the subcontractors.
• Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms & conditions.
• Negotiate with consultants and resolve contract issue and dispute management
• Project management involving the supervision of subcontractors, regular site inspections, liaising with clients and consultants to ensure timely completion of the projects.
• Preparation of progress reports, progress charts and interim progress claims.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities.
