Role Overview
As the Designer/Senior Designer, you will lead the design and creative execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive and impactful visuals that represent our diverse brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execution: Develop & create high-quality designs and assets for print, digital, and collaterals that align with brand guidelines. This may include in-store touchpoints (menus), to collaterals for marketing campaigns
• Conceptualisation: Ideate and execute compelling creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Project Management: Working with the marketing team to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Research & Development: Conduct research and present design options tailored to project requirements.
• Production Support: Prepare print-ready and web-ready files; liaise with partners and vendors to ensure seamless production.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in a design house, creative agency, or similar role preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Knowledge of Canva and CapCut is a plus.
• Experience with video editing tools and social content creation is essential.
• Strong creative and visual design abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs under short timelines.

The Contract Manager is overall responsible for coordinating every aspect of the project from developing contracting strategies to implementation, coordinating with project team, ensuring project deadlines on contracting are adhered to and contract management.

Pre Award Contract:

• Ensure that pre-qualification exercises of subcontractor are completed prior to award of contracts

• Review and negotiate Subcontractors’ qualifications and exceptions

Post Award Contract:

• Liaise with Project Team members to ensure commitments and milestones of subcontracts are achieved and adhered to.

• Monitoring contracts and negotiation of final account settlement, drafting settlement agreement
• Ensure commercial and contractual correspondence with Subcontractors is efficiently handled and filed.
• Assist in Subcontract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards.

Requirements
