• Performing root-cause analysis to identify Client operating system issues or faults and recommending solutions to resolve them within a stipulated SLA
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
• Review current processes and identify gaps and provide continuous process improvements

As required, lead the post-delivery team to maintain and keep track of all post-delivery projects relating to

• Inventory Asset List
• All preventive maintenance schedules and ad hoc tasks
• Compile and deliver all forms of maintenance reports (e.g. installation report, incident report, preventive maintenance report, ISO report, Etcetera)

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Min 1-2 year of working experience supporting enterprise desktop environment and good technical expertise in VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI

Skill sets:

• Min 1-2 years of working experiences supporting enterprise desktop environment and good technical expertise in VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, network, storage and backup
• Strong aptitude for technology required, including proven ability to learn new platforms, systems, processes and skills sets
• Strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail
• Exceptional customer focus and professional acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of negotiation, conflict and risk management skills

• Proficiency in English language.

• Knowledge in operation of Blackmagic Design Atem 1 Broadcast Panel, and Allen and Heath system is preferred.
