• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development teams to create, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows using scripting languages like TypeScript or Node.js.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience managing sizeable digital product teams in matrixed and complex environments. A technical background is advantageous, as the role involves close collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) or real-world exposure to its applications is highly desired. Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry is a significant plus. The role requires excellent communication skills and proactive leadership. Proficiency in English is essential, while Cantonese is a bonus.

• Minimum of GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent passes(BEHS/Grade 10/SMA) and some experience in conducting adult training and/or teaching and the ability to engage and interact with adult learners
• English language is required
• Bilingual language ability in Bahasa Indonesia OR Burmese OR Tagalog
• You would be assigned to teach 2 to 3 classes per week, each class is 8hrs
• You should be familiar with basic technologies like using a PC/Laptop(Powerpoint)/Mobile Devices effectively for teaching a group of 20 people
