Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research and analysis to formulate business marketing strategies, including the selection and management of marketing channels, competitor analysis, and new market development.
2. Develop detailed market expansion plans based on marketing strategies, oversee and execute the plans to ensure target achievement, and take responsibility for performance results.
3. Establish and standardize the marketing management system and business processes.
4. Manage the daily operations of the sales team, including team building, employee training, and performance evaluations.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields
2. Over 10 years of marketing experience in the building materials industry, with at least 5 years in marketing management.
3. Familiarity with building materials products such as steel, aluminum alloy doors and windows, marble, tiles, and wooden flooring, as well as knowledge of international trade, logistics, and risk control.
4. Strong market development capabilities and business acumen; candidates with industry resources are preferred.
5. Exceptional judgment, decision-making, planning, execution, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to perform under pressure. Demonstrated strong marketing team management abilities
