Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing & Financial Management

• Process monthly payroll for HQ staff and subsidiaries, including sending out payslips to leavers
• Manage the full payroll cycle, including preparing reports, publishing bank files, payslips, GL and submitting CPF
• Create manual bank files for HQ and Overseas Centres' payroll
• Reconcile payroll GLs and prepare payroll related journal entries where needed
• Prepare and manage secondment billings and payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation for Payroll bank accounts
• Manage CPF refunds and yearly pension account top-ups
• Assist in year-end accruals and reports as well as annual tax filing processes

Payroll Verification & Reporting

• Assist in tax filing processes and IR21 filing when required
• Compile payroll data for reports and audits as required
• Assist in employees’ payment related verification and reports where needed

Claims Processing & Checks

• Download payslips for Work Injury Claims and Medical Leave Wages computations
• Respond to employees’ queries on claims matters and assist in claims submission in Workday
• Conduct post-payment audits of HR claims and liaise with system consultants and employees on the rectifications required

System & Process Support

• Assist with system troubleshooting and UAT for Workday enhancements

Other HR Administrative Duties [For one of the Executive headcounts]

• Assist in the scheduling of interviews and collation of documents for the interview panel

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource or related field
• 2-4 years of payroll/claims processing experience (For Executive level)
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience (For Asst Team Lead level)
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and tax laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Monitor consumable spending, delivery metrics, capacity planning, TPM, and OEE.

Requirement

• Min Degree in Aerospace or Engineering
• Min 3 – 5 years’ experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Environment
• Experience in managing Technicians
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Lean manufacturing methodology.
• Knowledge in CNC machining and CNC programming is an added bonus

Note: This is a 1-year contract, convertible and renewable.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company’s guidelines while operating and overseeing manufacturing machinery, promptly addressing any alerts during production
• Manage materials used in production and undertake cleaning and sterilization duties within the workplace
• Responsible for the daily functions/operations of designated manufacturing machinery
• Store materials in accordance with the prescribed company’s protocols
• Record/Maintain data in the company’s inventory management system
• Gather the necessary materials, equipment, and solutions for cleaning and sterilization
• Conduct both manual/automated cleaning and sterilization of machinery, containers, and workplaces
• Conduct calibration and pre-operational checks on manufacturing equipment, following the standard protocols
• Operate machinery equipment for filling and packaging purposes

• Advantageous to have, but not a must have:

1. Experienced in using BI Tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) for project reporting purposes
2. CCNA certification (or higher)
